Sister Kate Group was formed by area musicians to provide an exceptional
evening of fun music! Featuring members of the Cleveland Vibe and
Sister Kate and the Bad Habits, this band is a fun, entertaining,
versatile band playing a wide variety of music from classic rock-n-roll,
R&B, dance, jazz, oldies ... you name it! ... creating an exciting
performance.
The Sister Kate Group is an eclectic group of
veteran musicians providing exciting entertainment that appeals
to a wide range of audiences. Whether at the local clubs, community
festivals, private affairs, weddings, or special events, our song
list is tailored to the gig and are always fun-filled and guaranteed
to please the crowd leaving them wanting for more!
The Sister Kate Group has had the pleasure of
performing with Clarence Clemons from the Bruce Springsteen's
E-Street Band and Ian Early from the Cherry Poppin' Daddies to
name a few. The core members of the Sister Kate group are Cathy
Murch, Fred Murch, and Gene Canton.
In 2011, member from the Sister Kate Group and Lewis & Swan
combined forces to create a new and exciting musical venture called
